Mr. Xavier Bettel, Deputy Prime Minister, Minister of Foreign Affairs and Development Cooperation, and Humanitarian Affairs of Luxembourg, along with distinguished members of the Luxembourg Parliament, are currently undertaking an official visit to the Lao PDR.
Thanks to substantial support from Luxembourg Development Cooperation and the Ministry of Finance, ILSTA has been able to support the Lao authorities to strengthen their capacities and institutions in a wide range of areas within Good Governance over the last 9 years.
This provides us an opportunity to look back on some activities of ILSTA:
