ILSTA Luxembourg is supporting Lao authorities in meeting FATF requirements, including assistance with the Post-Observation Period Report (POPR). ILSTA met with the Vice Governor of the Bank of Lao PDR, who is also a member of the National AML/CFT Committee.
The meeting provided an opportunity to discuss the needs for FATF compliance, progress done by the Lao authorities as upcoming process and dates.
