An ILSTA open lecture on the legal framework on illicit drugs took place on 31 May at the Faculty of Law and Political Science of the National University of Laos. Ms. Helene Perot presented on international conventions and Lao law on narcotics and explored paths forward to countering drug-related offences, emphasizing the importance of regional cooperation.
